Nature of Services
We provide medical coordination and support services for international patients.
We are not a medical provider and do not perform any medical procedures.
All treatments are performed by independent, licensed clinics and medical professionals.
The relationship between PMC and the partner clinics is that of independent contractors.
PMC is not an agent, partner, or employee of any clinic.
We do not exercise any control over the clinical judgment or medical practices of the healthcare providers.
No Medical Advice
Any information provided by us is for coordination and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Final diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed medical professionals.
Evaluation Fee
A preliminary clinical evaluation may require a service fee.
This fee covers professional case review and coordination with medical specialists.
The evaluation fee is non-refundable once the review process has begun.
In some cases, the fee may be credited toward your treatment cost if you proceed.
Service Fees
Our service fees vary based on the support package selected (currently ranging from $1,500 to $7,000+).
These fees cover patient-side coordination and support services, including case coordination, communication support, documentation and recordkeeping support, local practical assistance, and other non-clinical services provided as part of the selected package.
Depending on the package selected, additional services may include health screening, curated local experiences, or other related support services.
Medical treatment costs are separate and are paid directly to the clinic.
Payments
Payments may be made via international methods including bank transfer, credit card, or other approved channels.
You are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or currency conversion charges.
By making a payment, you agree not to initiate any chargeback requests with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us in writing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once coordination or service delivery has begun, service fees are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility, if any, is determined at our discretion.
Medical Responsibility
All medical procedures are performed by independent clinics.
We do not guarantee medical outcomes.
Any medical risks, results, or complications are the sole responsibility of the treating provider.
Travel & Visa
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and complying with applicable visa requirements.
We may provide guidance but do not guarantee visa approval.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
• Medical outcomes or complications
• Delays, travel issues, or visa denials
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our services.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
You are responsible for following medical advice and complying with treatment plans.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Visa denials
• Government travel restrictions
• Flight cancellations
• Natural disasters
Language
In case of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
